o   Cases heard by the TDP

o   The TDP hears cases where a trade dispute exists between employees and employers in one of the manners defined in the Trade Disputes Act (Cap 75). These cases are usually referred to the Panel by the employees’ union representative.

o   A case in which an employee claims to have been unfairly dismissed by an employer is not a trade dispute case. Such cases are to be lodged to the TDP as unfair dismissal claims.
