• The required attachments

Copies of the following documents must be attached with the application Form for a Long term special purpose visa (other).

 

• Cover letter – details of person and duration of engagement.
•  FORM 16-EMPLOYMENT AND SPECIAL PURPOSE SPONSORSHIP FORM – signed by senior personnel within organisation.
• Passport photo (If applying from overseas scanned color copy of application form with passport photo attached must be submitted)
• Passport bio-data page.
• Police clearance or report.
• Medical report.
• Marriage certificate (if married)
• Court case references or any other documents the Director of Immigration may require.

 

• Required attachments included

                After filling out the visa application form and attaching the required documents, submission of the form to the                 Immigration Division will require payment of an application fee.
