Copies of the following documents must be attached with the application Form for a long term employment visa.

 

• Cover letter – from entity wishing to sponsor applicant to work in Solomon Islands stating reasons for doing so.
•  FORM 16-EMPLOYMENT AND SPECIAL PURPOSE SPONSORSHIP FORM
• Passport photo (If applying from overseas scanned color copy of application form with passport photo attached must be submitted)
• Passport bio-data page
• Police clearance or report
• Medical report
• Marriage certificate (if married)
• Work Permit

  • After filling out the visa application form and attaching the required documents, submission of the form to the Immigration Division will require payment of an application fee.
