• The required attachments

            Copies of the following documents must be attached with the application Form for a long term employment visa.

• Cover letter – Details of person and program and duration of program.
• Letter of Sponsor – Stating who will be responsible for all expenses while studying until end of program
• Passport photo (If applying from overseas scanned color copy of application form with passport photo attached must be submitted)
• Passport bio-data page
• Police clearance or report
• Medical report
• Marriage certificate (if married)

After filling out the visa application form and attaching the required documents, submission of the form to the Immigration Division will require payment of an application fee.
