- Either party to a trade dispute may appeal a TDP decision at the High Court in accordance with section 13 of the Trade Disputes Act (Cap 75).

- Order 60 of the High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 1964 shall apply with the necessary modifications to appeals made under section 13 of the Trade Disputes Act as it applies to civil appeals against an interlocutory decision of a Magistrates' Court.
