Long term student visas allow holders to enter and stay in the Solomon Islands for study purposes.

The period of stay for student visa holders is less than a month longer than the duration of the course the student is attending. The Immigration Division’s Permit Unit is responsible for processing this visa class on behalf of the Director of Immigration.
