- Closing a trade dispute case
- A Decision or award of the Trade Disputes Panel will lead to a case being closed under the following circumstances
- The dispute is settled amicably through negotiations;
- No appeal of the decision is made within given timeframe;
- No request for case review (Rule 9 of TDP Rules) is made to the TDP
- High Court upholds decision
- High Court varies award and new award is made by the TDP.
