    Foreword from the Commissioner of Labour

    The Labour Division, part of the Ministry of Commerce, Industries, Labour and Immigration, oversees employment and labour matters across the Solomon Islands. Through its specialized units, the Division enforces key labour laws and regulations to protect workers, promote fair practices, and ensure safe workplaces.
