About the Marketing and Export Promotion Division
This page is about the Marketing and Export Promotion Division. The Marketing and Export Promotion Division (MEPD) was established by the Solomon Islands Government in 2008 and incorporated as a Division of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Immigration and Labour. The Division is responsible for providing information to and coordinating support for Solomon Islanders involved in income generating activities and exporting activities. The Division is also involved in the promotion of export opportunities. It is headed by a Director and operates as a single Division with no Units.
Division Structure
The Marketing and Exports Promotion Division is headed by a Director. The Director is supported by a Deputy Director and a Chief Marketing Officer. Together they manage the Division’s staff and affairs.
