About the Immigration Division

This page is about the Immigration Division. The Immigration Division administers and is responsible for enforcing Solomon Islands’ immigration laws. It also issues legal travel documents and permits to Solomon Islands citizens and foreign nationals. These must be in accordance with these laws and the Solomon Islands Government’s immigration policies. The Division is made up of four Units. These units are responsible for the issuing of passports, visas, and for ensuring people that travel through Solomon Islands’ borders, do so legally.
