This division supposed to supervise two pieces of legislation, one is the Industrial Corporation Act 1981 which provides for establishment of a government body to manage and administer different industrial estates or parks in the country and the second one is the Protected Industries Act. The second Act is engraved in the SI Constitution and is purposely for the protection of new industries.
