Any party affected by a decision of the Trade Disputes Panel through its granting of an award may apply to the TDP to have the decision reviewed in accordance with Section 10 of the Trade Disputes Act 1981 {link to Act}

and the Trade Disputes Panel Rules that are also given under the Act. Appeals of a TDP decision are made to the High Court of Solomon Islands.
