As prescribed by the Foreign Investment Regulations 2006, the Investment Facilitation Committee is made up of the following members:

1. The Minister of Commerce, Industries, Labour and Immigration (Chairman)
2. The Minister for Finance and Treasury
3. The Governor of the Central Bank of Solomon Islands
4. The Permanent Secretary of the Minister of Commerce, Industries, Labour and Immigration (Secretary)
