Process for Official Passport (External Process)
Step 1.
- Obtain the approved application forms from this website
Step 2.
- Applicant to attached relevant documents, applicant’s ordinary passport, if in possession of one and fill in necessary parts of the application form
Step 3.
- Submit the application form to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Minister/ Permanent Secretary to have his recommendation
Step 4.
- Lodge the application form at the Immigration Office for assessment
