The Trade Dispute Panel consists of a Chairperson (or the Deputy Chairperson), an Employer Representative and an Employee Representative. This forms the TDP’s basic quorum required for cases to be heard. A secretary handles the TDP’s administrative functions and also sits in at TDP hearings.
