The Trade Dispute Panel has a total of eight panel members, 4 of them represent employers and 4 represent employees. For each sitting of the TDP, The Chairperson or the Chairperson’s Deputy must sit at the hearing together with 1 member from the employers’ representatives and 1 member from the employees’
