The following are Standard Fees for the Trade Disputes Panel’s proceedings as set out in the Trade Disputes Act (Cap 75).

The Trade Disputes Panel prescribes a fee for carrying out each of its roles and functions under the Trade Disputes Act and in which the TDP is entitled to charge such a fee.
